What is included

Requirements
- The device must match the selected model and codename. Devices with an unknown hardware history are not accepted.
- ADB/Fastboot connectivity, a stable USB cable and a reliable USB port are required.
- Battery level must be at least 50%, and all important data must be backed up.
- Device-information and security-patch screenshots must be provided when requested.
Important warning: unlocking the Bootloader may erase all data and cannot normally be undone. It may affect warranty, OTA updates, DRM, banking apps and security features. Processing stops if the detected device does not match the selected service.
Not included
- Hardware repair, data recovery or repair of a device that cannot establish a connection.
- Xiaomi/Google account removal, account-lock bypass or IMEI modification.
- ROM installation, root, bootloader relock or post-unlock app configuration unless ordered separately.
