Flash ROM service for REDMAGIC Tablet 3 Pro / Astra Gaming Tablet
This service is prepared for REDMAGIC Tablet 3 Pro / Astra Gaming Tablet, device code NP05J, powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite. The MTFLASH reference profile is NP05J. A technician verifies the exact model, device region, Bootloader version and firmware package before writing.
ROM option and price
- Official ROM — VND 250,000: installs a compatible Global or China build for the exact model, device code, region and partition layout.
- The service may be used for an update, clean installation or software recovery when the device remains accessible and suitable firmware exists.
A China-to-Global conversion is not promised when the manufacturer has no official Global firmware for the model, or when Bootloader, anti-rollback and partition constraints prevent a safe conversion.
What is included
- Model, device code, chipset, firmware region and connection verification.
- System version, Bootloader, anti-rollback and region-conversion checks.
- Correct official package selection, integrity verification and an appropriate flash method.
- A clean or data-retaining route only when the firmware and device state permit it.
- Basic validation of boot, system version, cellular service and Wi-Fi after installation.
Requirements
- The device must match the ordered model and code, and the customer must be authorised to use it.
- Battery must be at least 60%; USB and power must be stable; the required connection mode must be available.
- Photos, files, authentication codes and important app data must be backed up.
- Device information, system version, region and Bootloader screenshots must be supplied when requested.
Data and safety boundaries
Data-loss warning: flashing may erase all user data. Do not disconnect USB, remove power or operate the device while a technician is writing.
- No forced downgrade when Bootloader or anti-rollback rules reject it.
- No firmware from another model and no forced Global/China conversion across incompatible layouts.
- Processing stops when firmware, device code, partitions, USB, power or storage are unstable.
Not included
- Bootloader unlocking, root, relock, modules or advanced post-flash tuning unless separately ordered.
- Google FRP or Nubia/REDMAGIC account removal, ownership bypass, IMEI changes or identity modification.
- Hardware repair, storage replacement, data recovery or recovery from a physical connection failure.
- Mod ROMs, test builds or firmware whose source and integrity cannot be verified.
7-day service warranty
- Rechecking is provided for a boot or installation issue confirmed to result directly from the delivered flash service.
- It excludes hardware faults, later customer flashing/root, OTA updates, system changes, account locks and third-party apps.
Service process
- Select the exact model and provide system-version and region information.
- A technician verifies available firmware, Bootloader, anti-rollback and connection state.
- The clean or data-retaining plan, completed backup and risks are confirmed.
- The correct package is flashed while connection and each stage are monitored.
- The device is booted, basic functions are checked and the installed ROM version is handed over.
